Falcon Engineering Ltd. was established in 1987 as a full service electrical engineering company providing building services design for a wide range of projects throughout Canada.

Smith + Andersen Consulting Engineering was established in 1965 in Toronto and expanded over the years with offices in Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Dubai, and Vancouver.

Smith + Andersen Falcon Engineering, established March 1, 2011, was really the result of a long term strategic relationship between Falcon and Smith + Andersen working together for clients across Canada. We recognized our similar team based approach to management and core values. Growing together seemed a natural evolution.

The S+A Group growth over the years may confirm our status as one of Canada’s most prominent engineering firms, but in our minds, reputation stands not only on what we’ve done in the past. For us, the history of Smith + Andersen lives on in what we have yet to achieve.
